Booking Process

Right after the payment, expect that we will process your booking and issue your ticket/voucher. Transactions will be completed within the same day as your booking request.

Send us a picture of the receipt for transaction
We will request you to submit all information completely to place your booking and reservation.
When booking is finished we will immediately send you the ticket/voucher, which you will receive within 2 to 24 hours.

Booking Policy:

After payment and submission of all information, your booking will be arranged immediately
Please note that processing of tickets/vouchers may be delayed on holidays and Sundays.
Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive your ticket/voucher via email within 24 hours.
Rebooking is allowed up to 48 hours before departure.

Booking Policy:

Strictly no cancellations once confirmed. Cancellations are not allowed.
Cancellations submitted 48 hours prior to the arrival time will be issued a full refund. A Php100 processing fee will apply for each individual transaction.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will not be issued a refund. However, the booking can be rebooked once, valid for one year from the original booking date. Failure to rebook within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the booking.
